Visagism doesn’t follow trends. It follows your bone structure, your eyes, your story.
Every face has its own proportions, angles and light. Before I pick up a brush I read what is already there — and design the makeup from that. It is why the result never looks like a mask: it looks like you, on a particularly good day.
I specialised in visagism and refined my technique across more than ten advanced courses in Brazil and abroad. I bring that Brazilian school with me — flawless skin that lasts from the ceremony to the last toast.

I started at sixteen, in my sister’s studio
My sister was a photographer. I could barely afford anything, so I improvised — and every euro I earned went straight back into the work. What held me was not the makeup: it was their faces as they got up from the chair.
At twenty-one I opened my own salon in Brazil with a team of six. Along the way I took more than ten advanced courses with some of the best makeup artists in the world, and specialised in visagism — that is what changed everything.
In 2022 I moved to Portugal, and I have worked in Porto ever since, from the studio on Travessa de Nova Sintra 94. And I am still studying, because the day I decide I know it all is the day the work starts looking the same.

Yes. It is built with the Brazilian sealed-skin technique — very thin layers, each set before the next, instead of one thick coat that settles into lines. The skin preparation before foundation is what decides how long it lasts.
How long do a lash lift and brow up last?
Around 45 days, with no daily upkeep. The lash lift curls and separates your natural lashes; brow up reorganises and sets the growth direction of the brow hair. These are not extensions and require no scheduled infills.
How long does microblading last?
Around 12 months on average. The retouch, 30 to 45 days after the first session, is part of the process. The initial session takes 2 to 3 hours, much of which is designing the brow shape before any needle touches the skin.
Does Lari travel to the venue?
Yes. The studio is at Travessa de Nova Sintra 94 in Porto, but travelling to the wedding or event venue is routine — in Portugal or abroad. It is simply a matter of arranging it in advance.
